Toll-Free numbers listed on our order page are available to use now. When you order is completed, you account is ready to take calls. Under most circumstances, local and international numbers ordered during business hours are ready to use within 30 minutes.

All InteliPhone™ services allow you to set your own business hours. Caller's hear either your business day or after-hours mailbox greeting depending on your time of day settings. Record your outbound greetings over the phone, or record and upload from your computer. For a one time fee, our professional recording artists can create custom greetings for you using your script. Complete Call Detail Reports are generated daily allowing administrators to view date, time, dialed number, extension, Caller-Id, duration, and cost for each call received by InteliPhone. One full year of reports are available online, additional years available by request. Real-Time detail is also available in the Recent Calls report.

InteliPhone™ notifies you of a new message even before your caller hangs up! You simply specify an e-mail address or group of addresses where you would like message notification to be sent. We'll send you a straight-forward text message listing date, time, and caller-id along with a quick-login link for retrieval. You can also choose to attach recorded message wav files to notification e-mails and eliminate the need to login.Use e-mail to text-messaging capabilities of your wireless phone for instant notification wherever you are.

With Missed Call-ID, you'll receive an e-mail notifying you of each call received even if the caller left no message. This can be useful in tracking sales leads or following up with clients. Use a phone, or the web to get the Caller-ID of your last call.
Better than Caller-ID, calls to InteliPhone™ Toll-Free Services use Automatic Number Identification (ANI) direct from the phone company. With ANI, callers cannot suppress their Caller-ID when dialing your toll-free number; you will even receive Caller-ID of 'Private' numbers! (ANI rules do not apply to local number service.)

All of your callers will hear music-on-hold while waiting for you to answer. Our large selection of licensed music ensures callers don't hear the same tune over and over. You can also customize your music-on-hold with your own music selection, including voice-over advertisements and announcements.

You can place your caller on-hold while you are talking by pressing '*1'. You can also return to the caller, transfer the caller to voice mail or 'warm' transfer the caller to another 10-digit telephone number, meaning you can speak with the third party before transferring the call.

Your System Administrator ID allows you to customize your InteliPhone service to your exact needs. Online control is simple, intuitive and requires no advanced training.
Extensions are also assigned a personal Login ID and Password allowing extension users to access or modify their own personal settings and messages.

Find out who's calling before you connect. You choose how you want your calls to be screened: (Click the links on this page to hear examples.) Passive Screening -- The Caller-ID display on your telephone will show the telephone number of your caller. Active Screening -- Prior to connecting a recorded message will ask your caller to speak their name. When you answer, you will hear the caller's name and be able to decide whether to accept or reject the call. Whenever you reject a call, InteliPhone will 'politely' transfer the caller to your Voice Mailbox. You can even specify the transfer announcement to be gender specific, generic, or silent.

Telephone Access to Messages lets you retrieve your messages from any telephone. Just dial your number, enter the special code, and hear, delete, replay, or save voice messages for later. Messages remain accessible by phone or by web until you decide to delete them.
Additionally, with this feature, InteliPhone can call you whenever a new message arrives.

Transferring your Current Toll-Free or Local Number is easy and free. Our Customer Service department will handle all of the details to transfer you existing number to InteliPhone Service with little or no interruption to your business.

Using the InteliPhone Control Panel, you simply enter your business hours by day of the week. Then select where you calls should go during your Business Day and After-Hours. You can update or override your settings at any time online or by phone.
