Better than Caller-ID, calls to InteliPhone™ Toll-Free Services use Automatic Number Identification (ANI) direct from the phone company. With ANI, callers cannot suppress their Caller-ID when dialing your toll-free number; you will even receive Caller-ID of 'Private' numbers! Reverse links to WhitePages.com provide name, and address for listed directory numbers.
Complete Call Detail Reports are generated daily allowing administrators to view date, time, dialed number, extension, Caller-Id, duration, and cost for each call received by InteliPhone. One full year of reports are available online, additional years available by request. Call Detail includes a reverse look-up link for listed directory numbers. Real-Time detail is also available in the Recent Calls report.
