USAGE CALCULATION
  • For VoiceMail Plans: Each inbound call to a Toll-Free Number counts as one call deducted from the Included-In-Plan Calls balance. Inbound calls to an InteliPhone Local Number do not count against the Included-In-Plan Call balance but are subject to Emergence Fair Use Policy.
  • For Single Number Service with a Toll-Free Number, and InteliPhone™ Hosted PBX Service with a Toll-Free Number: Usage Charge is equal to the total duration of each inbound call received on the Toll-Free Number rounded to the second times Usage Fee/Minute. Minimum duration per call is 30 seconds.
  • For Single Number Service with a Local Number, and InteliPhone™ Hosted PBX Service with a Local Number: Usage Charge is equal to the total duration of each outbound connected call rounded to the second times Usage Fee/Minute. Minimum duration per call is 30 seconds.

    • EXPIRATION
  • All VoiceMail Plans: Expire at the end of each term or when the number of calls received exceeds the number of Included-In-Plan Calls, whichever occurs first. Within five calendar days of expiration, VoiceMail plans automatically renew for an additional thirty(30) day period. VoiceMail plans can be renewed a maximum of one time in any 30 day period. VoiceMail messages received on a toll-free number are limited to a maximum of 5 minutes per call.
  • All Single Number Service, and Hosted PBX Plans: Expire at the end of each term and, within five calendar days of expiration, automatically renew for an additional thirty (30) day period.

    • TERM
  • The Term for all InteliPhone Service Plans is thirty(30) days.

    • SERVICE GUARANTEE
  • If in the first 30 days of using our service you are dissatisfied with InteliPhone Services for any reason, InteliPhone will refund your Service Fee and remaining Usage Deposit, if any, less the cost of service used.

    • AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
  • VoiceMail Plans: Five (5) calendar days prior to expiration, VoiceMail Plans automatically renew for a thirty (30) day period. Included-In-Plan Call balance is reset to the number of calls included in the plan.
  • Single Number Service, InteliPhone ™ PBX and Custom Plans: Five (5) calendar days prior to expiration, Single Number Service, InteliPhone™ PBX and Custom Plans automatically renew for a thirty (30) day period. Included-In-Plan Minute Balance, if applicable, will be reset to the number of Included-In-Plan Minutes subscribed in customer's plan. Included-In-Plan Minutes expire at the end of each service period and cannot be carried over.

    • REACTIVATION FEE
    Suspended accounts can be reactivated within 30 days of suspension. A $25.00 reactivation fee applies. After 30 days, suspended accounts will be disabled and linked phone numbers will be returned to aging and unable to be retrieved. A $50.00 fee per chargeback or returned check will be applied.
