Services on this page are subject to Ohio Service Tax at the rate in effect for Franklin County, Ohio. As of July 1, 2006, the rate is 6.75%. All Plans are thirty day terms beginning on the order date.

USAGE CALCULATION
  • VoiceMail Plans: Each inbound call to the Toll-Free Number or Local Number counts as one call deducted from the Included In Plan balance.
  • Follow-Me 800, and InteliPhone™ Hosted PBX 800 Plans: Usage is equal to the total duration of each inbound call received on the Toll-Free Number rounded to the second times Usage Fee/Minute. Minimum duration per call is 30 seconds.
  • Follow-Me Local, and InteliPhone™ Hosted PBX Local Plans: Usage is equal to the total duration of each outbound call rounded to the second times Usage Fee/Minute. Minimum duration per call is 30 seconds.

    • EXPIRATION
  • All VoiceMail Plans: Expire at the end of each 30 day term or when the number of calls received exceeds the number of Included in Plan Calls, whichever occurs first. Within five calendar days of expiration, VoiceMail plans automatically renew for an additional 30 day term. VoiceMail plans can be renewed a maximum of one time in any 30 day period. VoiceMail messages are limited to a maximum of 5 minutes per call.
  • All Follow-Me, and Hosted PBX Plans: Expire at the end of each thirty day term and, within five calendar days of expiration, automatically renew for an additional 30 day term. Upon expiration, any included in-plan minutes also expire.


    • RECHARGE
  • VoiceMail Plans: Within five calendar days of expiration, VoiceMail Plans automatically renew for a period of thirty calendar days. Prepaid call balance is reset to the number of calls Included in Plan. Prepaid calls cannot be carried over.
  • Follow-Me, InteliPhone™ PBX and Custom Plans: Within five calendar days of expiration, Follow-Me, InteliPhone™ PBX and Custom Plans automatically renew for a period of thirty calendar days. Included Minute Balance, if applicable, will be reset to the number of Included Minutes subscribed in customer's plan. Included Minutes expire at the end of each service period and cannot be carried over.

    • REACTIVATION FEE
    A $25.00 reactivation fee applies to all suspended accounts. A $50.00 fee per chargeback or returned check will be applied.

    OPTIONAL FEATURES
    Optional features marked X are available in the designated base plan and Service Fee and/or Activation Fee applies.
    Features marked as INCL are included in the base designated base plan at no additional charge.
    Features marked 'n/a' are not available in the designated base plan.

    Usage Fees for Optional Features depend upon your base service: For VoiceMail Plans, each call received or FAX sent deducts one call from available balance. For Follow-Me, and InteliPhone PBX Plans, all calls received or FAXes sent are billed the prevailing per minute inbound Usage Fee for duration of the call.

    Professional Recordings: Professional recording of Company Greeting and Main Menu is included in $30 setup fee.
